The billing system is as follows:
- Accounts are established on a first-come, first-serve basis, contingent upon available space and system resources.
- Talker.com's billing year runs from January 1st - December 31st.
- We accept personal checks, money orders, and PayPal, payable in US Dollars (Address Information).
- Accounts are prorated according to sign-on date.
- Monthly fees are subject to change at any time.
- Payments are DUE by the 15th of your particular billing period.
- Payments not received by the 15th of a billing month will result in temporary shut down of the account. Accounts shall be reinstated when payment is received.
- Payments made in cash will be spent by Yacko for beer or lunch and then we will deny that we ever received the payment. Do not ever send cash. Ever.
